My RCA pro 10 tablet wont turn on. I had it working yesterday but now it wont come dorsum on. It is charged up and everything. I just got it two weeks ago. I don't know how to take the back off or anything.

I recently purchased a RCA Pro 10 and take too had the same problem. I had it maybe ii weeks also. Take you found a solution to the problem yet? I take no warrenty and i suppose the best bet is to telephone call the client service for the device and run across what they can help with information technology.

ME TOO!!! I am highly p.o.ed!!! I do accept a 2 yr warranty...........looks similar information technology is getting put to use tomorrow! Wish this site had some answers...........Good luck to you guys, hope some i gives yous some sort of respond.

I had the same trouble with my son's. had to call rca tablet support. 18554759646. they tried a few things didn't work so they r replacing the tablet sending it out should exist hither in 7 to ten days with a prepaid return shipping for the broken tablet. was quick and painless hope this helps.

i only got ane for christmas but information technology won't turn on anymore and I have never dropped it I was trying to fix the vole because information technology wouldn't turn up and when I did I turned it off to come across if it would work and and so it wouldn't turn dorsum on aid what practice I do to set information technology

No solution merely my daughter has had two rca pro ten tablets she got one for christmas and it close downwardly wont turn on so we replaced it so it shut off in 2 weeks also we should discover a way to go them recalled and we should get reimbursed for our wasted time with their cheap production

Had the same problem with my Pro 10. This apparently is a mutual problem, as when I tried to return it to Walmart, I was told they have had many, many returns for this problem. Unfortunately, I was 2 days past the render deadline with Walmart. Contacted RCA support and was told they would send a RMA with a new tablet. Subsequently 7 weeks I sent a nasty email and finally received a replacement. The new tablet is working fine, three weeks later on...(fingers crossed!)

I had ii RCA pro 10 inch tablets, same affair happened. What you need to practice is hold the power button downwardly for a loooooooooooooooong time until the dang affair volition plough on. Subsequently you do that you shouldn't have further issues. The starting time one that did information technology I had to press the power push button down without releasing for near 5 minutes...

I had 2 RCA pro ten inch tablets, same thing happened. What you lot need to do is hold the power button downwardly for a loooooooooooooooong time until the dang thing will turn on. After y'all do that you shouldn't have farther problems. The first one that did it I had to press the power button down without releasing for about 5 minutes...
Give thanks you so much! Mine just went out tonight and I was looking up the number to call RCA and found your solution of but holding the power button in for a long fourth dimension. I had to hold mine in 3 minutes and and then it came on. Thank yous -- problem solved!

My pleasance, I tried the RCA route showtime and they were clueless or didn't want to acknowledge this is a widespread trouble. I'm glad information technology helped, information technology should help anyone with the aforementioned problem. I think the cause may be from shipping them at full charge, but not sure.

I had the same problem with mine this afternoon and I but pressed the reset button on the back and it came correct back on...at present I'yard wondering if I shouldn't cut it off when I'chiliad not using it???

I had this aforementioned problem with my 10" RCA tablet. Subsequently x months of fighting with it, today I noticed the micro usb hole in the tablet was the same as the hole I charge my jail cell phone. I plugged my jail cell phone charger cord into the micro usb hole in the tablet and it actually started to charge. Permit it accuse without trying to plough it on for about an hour so it should be charged enough to turn on. Now I charge my tablet with my cell phone cord and it works fine.

The onboard transmission makes notation of the ability to charge the unit of measurement using the micro USB port. Every bit it turns out, this can exist a very usefull feature if you forget your charger and have an auxillary bombardment pack available. The fact that you were able to charge your tablet via the micro USB port suggests that maybe the problem was with the charging adapter or a problem with the circuitry related to the charging port.

In that location's a reset button by the SD card slot. Information technology worked for me.

I recently purchased a RCA Pro 10 and accept too had the same problem. I had it maybe two weeks besides. Have you constitute a solution to the problem notwithstanding? I accept no warrenty and i suppose the best bet is to call the customer service for the device and see what they can help with information technology.
tried resetting is a lilliputian hole in the back use a palerclip to stixk in until y'all feel rhe push and it should reset it and come back on- #20
I hold, I have purchased several RCA tablets and so far only one of them is still working. The only solution that I tin can come to is to Non buy any more tablets from RCA. If they desire to keep at that place costumers then they need to be more user frenzy and at least a tempt to brand more functional products and give much better client service.
